Our Hospitality Team
There is much excitement about the professional Hospitality Team and the all important Menu.
Our amazing Team of Hospitality professionals includes a full time chef (Phillip Cowdrey), a pastry chef and an apprentice chef who have worked at popular restaurants including Red Poles, Ellenika, Chateau Yaldara, The Intercontinental, The Rockford and Hectors.
Our Cafe Manager (Paul Herbert) returns home to Adelaide after a number of years interstate, working in and managing some amazing restaurants, including Apollo Sydney, Picketts Deli and Trunk Restaurant in Melbourne.
Our trainer is very experienced in one on one and large group team training for a broad range of organisations including OTR, Barnacle Bills, Angelakis and Cappo Brothers seafood, Good Earth Hotel Group, Goodlife Pizza, Prices Bakery, Subway, Bakers Delight, and many other cafes, hotels and businesses around SA!
Our food safety expert is the manager has experience in food safety, food allergies and intolerances.
In addition to this fantastic team, we have passionate community members in the hospitality group with experience in Finance, Confectionary, Bakery, IT, and design. We even have an Anaesthetist on our team who dreams of being a waitress!
We are confident we have the right ingredients and a committed team to realise this vision.
